You have up to 14 days after the receipt purchase date to submit your receipts

No. You can use coupons and still earn points on Fetch Rewards.
What do I do if my receipt was processed incorrectly?
The great thing about the Fetch Rewards app is that it does the work for you by calculating points earned for each receipt; however, sometimes their can be mistakes. To correct receipt discrepancies, complete the following steps:
- Tap “Activity” at the bottom of your app
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the receipt with the discrepancy. You can find the receipt based on the year and month of the receipt
- Note: receipts can only be corrected up to 3 days after the receipt was scanned
- Click “Correct my Receipt”
- Select item that needs corrected or tap “+Add an item that was missed”
- Select or add the correct item and tap “Change Item”
- Adjust quantity and price if needed. You can use the generic brand of the item if you can’t find the exact brand item.
- Click “Yes, submit”
- You can also re-scan the barcode when correcting the receipt
- Your receipt will be submitted for review
How Do I Redeem My Fetch Rewards?
To redeem your points for gift cards, click on “Rewards” and select the reward you wish to redeem. Rewards can be redeemed for gift cards in the following categories:
